Job Description

HR Operations Analyst, Maghreb (1 year contract)Business context and specific position features Reports to the Head of HR Maghreb Manages routine tasks and projects in HR Ops, C&B, HR Administration for Algeria, Tunisia HR Ops Analyst is a part of multinational HR team and is deeply involved in communications with corporate CoEs and HQ The position could be a good career milestone for candidates interested in developing specialist career in CoE on an independent level and wider geographical scopeKey tasks to focus nowHelp HR Head and GM finalize the new Maghreb structure Responsible of employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding Support with Workday data updates following the new structure announcements and new changes Work closely with Third Party in Algeria Execute the payrolls of Algeria and Tunisia on timeGeneral Responsibilities HR policies and procedures transfer, localization, update, Managing the operation of monthly payroll processes and salary payments in line with the provider company for Algeria, Tunisia Responsible for accurate and timely data management in systems (Workday, Leave system) Track and update local job descriptions database, assisting in developing new documents Administer local employee benefits (insurance, etc) enrollment Manage HR suppliers (insurance, Clinica, leave system, etc) Prepare HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, etc), regular org charts update Keep local HR communication resources (SharePoint) up to date Onboard all new joiners in Maghreb Assist with the recruitment of some positions in Maghreb Launch employee engagement initiatives in Maghreb Support Line managers during the year end performance process Responsible for global reporting needed for the Region (Budget, OPEX, Headcount etc) Coordinates company off-boarding processes from beginning to end Filing of employee related documentsQualification Higher education HR Business Administration (Labor) Economics; Excellent PC user MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point Experienced with Workday (HR system) or similar system English fluent French fluent Arabic fluent Good knowledge and understanding of labor legislation rules and regulation, practical experience of application Experience in HR projects Experience in corporate multinational environment Good project management skills Experience in complex cross-functional projects is a plusPersonal Profile Good communication skills Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving Quick learner, self-starter, business solutions oriented, effectiveness and optimization driven Able to deliver results both independently and as a team player Very good organization skills
