Job Description

Prepare short term long term budgets and plans for maximising profitability and revenue
Formulating budgets and conducting ratioageing variance analysis to determine the difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions
Preparing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control
Monthly financial reports for the Companyjoint ventures and, consolidation
Monthly review of project performance, variance analysis and advise
Preparation of weekly ageing of accounts receivables and status reporting to management
Ensure all the accounting procedures and documents strictly adhere to company policies and procedures
Verification of payment certificates and accounts payable
Payroll Wage Protection System (WPS) preparation in the absence of an accountant
Confidentiality and ethics in practices
Finalisation of accounts and completion of statutory auditing ensuring that they come on time
Ensures that the tenders and contracts are thoroughly reviewed for contractual, legal, safety, risk management, financial, tax, and accounting issues and provisions prior to submitting to Client for approval
Review and assess monthly invoices prepared by service providerssub-contractors and assist in the processing of payment requests
Generate and maintain documentation for analysing, negotiating, and drafting changevariation orders with Service Providers
Monitor expenditures versus contract cost limitations
Prepare letters to the Client notifying them of contract cost limitations and requirements for additional funds
Prepare letters to the Client requesting approvals and interpretations required to comply with the provisions of the contract
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Create suppliers list for all services
Preparation of budget estimates for FM service providers, materials, and equipment hire, etc
Analyse sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximise growth for the Company
Assist in assembling bid parameters and commercial teams for the successful conversion of tender proposals
Manage the preparation and development of all bid documentation (requests for proposals (RFPs), etc
Conduct regular service and systems audit
Generate, collate and submit weekly and monthly reports as required
Approve work requests and work orders in relation to commercialfinancial activities
Deal with claims preparation, final account negotiations, and settlements
Assist in drafting contracts and contract-related documents
