Job Description

Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations including; Account receivables Project invoicing collection follow up Project reporting support Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts Perform quarterly forecastsbudgets and ensure Hyperion upload and reporting of the same Responsible for timely monthly management reporting for submission to regional office Provide smooth support to external, internal and tax audits with full responsibility Ensuring full compliance to local tax requirement Ensuring cash flow reporting and management Promotes a safe workplace; ensures that all established safety procedures are followed Fosters and maintains positive working relationship Performs other related duties as required
