Job Description

Summary of the roleHR Generalist are creating and placing job posts to visiting job fairs to find the right candidate Once a pool of potential candidates has been assembled, HR Generalist then sort through them, scheduling and conducting interviews HR Generalist often oversee current employee satisfaction and productivity, ensuring that the workplace is always running efficientlyHR Generalist Job Duties Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks Interviewing applicants Administering pre-employment tests Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations Conducting training sessions Administering on-the-job training programs Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs Preparing government reports as to remain in complianceKPIsRetention of talents 90% by comparing the number of workers who joined the company in a specific period vs those who stayed during the same periodDuration in the position Maintain employees in different functions in their roles for 3 years - You can calculate the average time it takes for an employee to ascend by counting the number of months it takes each employee with the same charge and dividing the result by the total number of employees in the companyAbsenteeism 10% absences of employees due to delays, sick leave or excused or unexcused absencesAverage time for recruitment 1 Month between the announcement of an employee who is leaving the company and another candidate is chosen and selected to replace himEducation and training 1 New proposed training every 6 months period to help boost the productivity levels of each employee by creating specific strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction levels that employees feel when working with the company
