The key duties and responsibilities of this role includeHR Management Work with the senior management team to setup, manage and optimize the overall HR processes and frameworks including Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, learning & development and talent management Manage Blue and white collars effectively to implement new processes, people and culture initiatives Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department Review group human resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization U pdate on a monthly and quarterly basis the workforce plan taking into consideration Turnover, arrival dates of new hires and YTD hiring successRecruitment & Selection Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of the recruitment process; sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and offer negotiation Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Manage the recruitment campaigns (mainly for blue collars)Training & Development Attract, retain and motivate employees Review and analyze training needs Develop and Administer training programs for employees Evaluate training effectiveness and determine gaps Executing the Performance Management process (including KPI development and implementation) for all staff Update the company organization chart, reflecting, any department changes, leavers, position changes and promotionsCompensation and benefits Design and Administer compensation and benefit plans and ensure that compensation and benefit practices and programs are market competitive Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy Review monthly payroll and wages
Eligibility:Any Graduation, Bachelor of Business Administration(Managem ent).
