Monitor the instructors during class visits to maintain any technical issues Responsible for doing the placements test for the students Provide covering plans in case of vacations and violations Work closely with the operation team if needed Handle clients technical complaints Provide a positive work environment Make monthly appraisals and delivering their feedback for each instructor Help instructors with curriculum preparation and providing them with new ideas Counsel technical surveys analysis and deliver feedback Follow up on different instructors responsibilities Create and updating schedules Develop newly hired instructors to enhance their performance Cover classes when neededjob requirementsMore than 3 yearsNot Specified at leastTraining and Coaching
