*Steward AttendantThe overallscope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assignedplace of work, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexibleservice consistent with the standards of the hotel and Kempinski in order toencourage sales and maximize guest satisfactionKempinski Hotel Soma BayKempinski Hotel Soma Bay introduces luxurious European service with Egyptian hospitality at the premier holiday destination on Egypt s Red Sea coast The hotel comprises 325 rooms, including 34 suites with a luxurious interior design We provide a remarkable dining experience in 6 food & beverages with special culinary highlights The Fitness Center provides a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and 4 treatment rooms, where certain massages can be arranged through The Cascades Spa & Thalasso The Soma Bay leisure facilities include diving & snorkeling, tennis & squash as well as golf facilities located just a few minutes away from the hotelResponsibilities Responsible toAssistant Stewarding Manager Stewarding Manager Provide a professional and courteous service at alltimes and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example Ensure that theplace of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times Clean and wash dishes according to the established standards of performance Clean and wash pots, pans and other kitchen equipment according to the established standards of performance Beknowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel Monitoroperating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully Perform generalcleaning duties as assigned by the Head of Department Report failuresand malfunctioning equipment directly and act responsible with all providedoperating equipment and machinery Understand andstrictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel spolicy manual and the hotel s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety Report to dutypunctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed includingappropriate safety shoes and name tag at all times Maintain a goodrapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within thehotel Undertakereasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head Assist incarrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment Ensure that allgarbage regulations ie separation of items as well as the assigned garbageruns Have theknowledge of all cleaning procedures, use of dish washing machines and the typeof chemicals being usedAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
