We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide both hardware And software assistance to our employeesYou will diagnose and Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, install applications and Programs and ensure resolution of day to day IT incidents reported by end -users your responsibilities include resolving network issues,configuring Operating system and using remote desktop connection to provide Immediate support You will be required to perform the following tasks in An organized and timely manner Investigate ,analyze and resolve hardware and associated software and communications problems with computer systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues ,including account setup and network configuration Perform simple hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals Evaluate existing computer systems hardware and perform system upgrades based on needs Diagnose and resolve issues relating to internet connectivity,WAN technologies, remote access and ADSL and follow up network communication problems with ISP Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup Create and maintain network userspermissions Ensure proper security setup of end-user desktops and manage IT security issues Perform basic firewall administration tasks and firewall policies via GUI and command line Perform tracking reallocation and disposition of end-user IT assets Maintains a high level quality of customer service standards in dealing with and responding to questionsjob requirements2 to 3 yearsNot Specified at leastAccounting and Auditing Services
