-Keeping abreast developments and changes in customer service field by reading pertinent journals, attending meetings and coursesKeeping abreast developments and changes in customer service field by reading pertinent journals, attending meetings and courses

-Collecting, and analyzing datastatistics to identify problems and opportunities for optimization and improvement, and propose solutions accordingly

-Designcreate Quality Management relevant report to analyzemonitor and support management

-Visiting the below departmentsunits to insure that service quality requirements are met, such as branches, call center etc

-Support the monthlyquarterly assessment processes on the banks products and services

-Visit frontline staffarea on a monthly basis and monitor service performance against the feature and weights agreed

-Set achievable service targets for frontline staffarea and the bank, while follow up the development

-Fluent in English and in Arabic

- Intermediate knowledgeexpertise with PC hardware and software (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Projects)

Education Bachelor Degree (Business or Engineering), MBA preferable
