Under the supervision of assigned Vectrus Leadership, performs a full range of tasks to ensure Vectrus and its subcontractors have a culture of compliance and zero tolerance for Trafficking in Persons (TIPs) in accordance with (IAW) US Public Law (USPL), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USG supplements thereto, as well as Local Laws The Lead Compliance Auditor protects assets by completing audits, management reviews, employee interviews and implementing other management methods as assigned to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls The Lead Compliance Auditor is responsible for recommending improvements in internal control structure and guiding the work of other personnel as needed Assists in reviewing and enforcing compliance with standards or regulations imposed by contract requirements and the companys internal guidelines The Lead Compliance Auditor will work closely with upper management, such as Directors and Managers, to provide program administration, oversight and support, outreach, training, technical assistance, victim identification and referral, as well as data tracking and reporting


Accomplishes compliance work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and guiding auditors and auditees Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, risk and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying process improvements while conducting MonthlyQuarterly Housing Inspections, Management Reviews, and Transportation inspections Collects, organizes, and enters data into appropriate reports, databases and trackers; Communicates, tracks, and reports on issues, requests for information, audit progress and tracks findings until resolved

Applies knowledge of international standards related to exploitative child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, and Occupational Safety and Health policies to specific case contexts International standards include C138; C182; C029; C105; social, political and economic factors contributing to child labor and forced labor; UN Convention on the Rights of the Child; trafficking in persons, in general; Executive Order 13126 Prohibition of Acquisition of Products Produced by Forced or Indentured Child Labor; Trade and Development Act of 2000; FAR 52222-50, KSCR1-2 and Trafficking Victims Protection Act Conducts substantive legal and regulatory research on Human Trafficking & labor issues

Responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of assigned program operations and objectives; Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure Reviews training materials, compliance plans, pay slips, financials and program management practicespolicies to ensure compliance to applicable requirements Responds within 24 hours to allegations, findings, requests for investigation, compliance audits or advocacy services for potential victims of human trafficking Receive, track and manage to closure allegations, requests for information and referrals Prepares Internal Corrective Action Requests (ICARs), external Letters of Concern (LOC), reports, papers, talking points, briefing books, memos, letters, proposals, training materials, meeting minutes and background papers

Represents the program in dealings with suppliers, vendors and other organizations within the company Develop and track Risk Matrix for Vendors and Suppliers Manage Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Ad Hoc schedules to ensure completion of all required compliance and verification activities Supports external auditors by coordinating information and logistics support requirements Adheres to the confidentiality policy regarding the company, its Subcontractors, as well as potential victims of trafficking

Updates management and subcontractor files daily for recurring and ad hoc reporting Provides regular management level briefingstraining materials by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Responds to, develops, and provides professional trainings on the topic of human trafficking, victim indicators, supplier code of conduct, Local Labor Law, investigative techniques, or other trainings as assigned Provides guidance to employees on Federal and company policies, and Local Labor Law, to include entitlements, pay, benefits, and leave

Maintains regular attendance and punctuality

Performs other duties as assigned


Personal computer, printer, fax, and other general office equipment


Work is generally conducted in an office environment, however, duties will involve working in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions, ie temperatures over 100 degrees for extended periods


Work will require lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, and prolonged sitting Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire and Safety Regulations and published company work rules



EducationCertifications One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required

High School Diploma is required

A valid drivers license from country of origin and the ability to obtain a US Government Motor Vehicle Operators license and Kuwait Drivers License

Must be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)


3 years combined compliance, procurement, safety andor quality experience Knowledge of supply chain sourcing, provision of labor for services, and manufacturing distribution a plus Familiarity with an ethnicallysocially diverse community, and a variety of mentoring concepts and techniques highly desirable 1 2 years in overseas contracting environment highly desirable

Candidate must be highly proficient in using relevant software and hardware such as a smart phone, computer, word processing, spreadsheet and other business software such as SharePoint


Proficient in intermediate level MS Office software applications such as Word, Excel, Access and Power Point

Need to be able to delegate work to the subordinates according to the changing priorities of the USG and Customers

Good organization and training skills are essential Possess strong problem-solving skills and should be able to maintain good relations with the USG and Customers by communicating effectively and building a rapport with them

Flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills

Able to recognize and quickly resolve customer issues and work independently

Handle multiple tasks at any time

Ability to speak conversational Arabic or Hindi is a plus
