Job Description
Our client is an international manufacturing company for medical devices and are looking for a Country Manager to join their team in Kuwait
Key responsibilities for the position would be as follows
Develop and implement country wide sales strategy and sales plan and office budgets in line with corporate targets
Keep abreast of products and gather and advise on ideas for innovation
Position companys products as the go to device for the prescribed uses
Support Distributors as required and in line with corporate strategy
Hire, train and develop the local team
Work in conjunction with global team to develop new products and enhance current product portfolio
