Under general guidance and direction from the Information Management Director, the Information Management Operations Manager is responsible for general oversight of daily operational matters for the Information Management Directorate (IMD) In coordination with the IMD Director, Branch and Site Supervisors will ensure that all mission and project requirements are properly planned, staffed and completed Also responsible for coordinating and supervising all facility security, safety, fire, and environmental performed in support of the DCMA facility management Program Assists with projects and reports for IMD, K-BOSSS Senior Management, and the Military


1 Works in close coordination with the IMD Director, other supervisors, leads, and appropriate external agencies to create a continuous flow of information regarding ongoing IMD activities (60 PERCENT )

2 Provides primary oversight of daily operational activities and projects for the Information Management Directorate

3 Ensures IMD program compliance with safety regulations and collects and analyzes IMD data, such as Assessment Surveys and Inspections, required to support the alignment, maintenance, and execution of activities for DCMA Audit

4 Ensures the Facility Security and the training of IMD employees in standards and regulations set forth by the Facility Security Directorate and the U S Government in support of DCMA requirements

5 Responsible for ensuring training of IMD employees in EH&S standards and policies

6 Responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities, and operational areas

7 Provides recommendations and advice to IMD Director regarding mission impact relating to staffing and personnel at all program sites

8 Interacts with the military, and other agency officials, both over the telephone and in person, in a professional and tactful manner

9 Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc) in accordance with Vectrus policies

10 Maintains and controls files for applicable correspondence, policiesprocedures, reports, directives, and bulletins

11 Provides assistance, direction, and information to employees and grantees as required

12 Ensures operational compliance with all KBOSSS Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality Assurance (QA) requirements and goals Provides documentation as necessary through Directorate to ensure adequate and legal documentation

13 Works to achieve KBOSSS goals and contractual commitments

14 Manage and maintain through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submit program status reports IAW established project operating procedures (POP), standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the KBOSSS contract

15 Performs other duties as required


Personal computer, laptops, scanners, printers, faxes, other network equipment and other general office equipment


Work is generally conducted in an office environment However, duties may involve working in the out of doors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions, specifically desert heat Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire and Safety Regulations and published company work rules Must be able to liftpushpull 40 lbs Working environment will be 90 PERCENT indoor, 10 PERCENT outside The outside work environment will also be very hot due to conditions within the region


Ability to lift 40 pounds required Standing, sitting, squatting and other normal office related physical activities required



EducationCertifications One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required

Must be a US Citizen

Must have a valid Secret Clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Bachelors College degree or equivalent experience

ProcessProject Management experience preferred

DOD Information Assurance Awareness Training

Cross Domain Violation Training

Fort Gordon Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO)


3-5 years operational experience with at least two years in a similar supervisory role Must exhibit strong organization and communication skills


Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal

Customer service training


Assists in the management of an area of up to 150 employees with 3-4 direct reports
