Job Description

Job DescriptionOpen or CloseProvides administrative support to include managing the schedulecalendar, making travel arrangements, screening and handling communications channels, directing and following up with youthparents, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriateServes as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, individuals, and external organizations on PPD relevant issues; organizes and facilitates interviews, meetings, conferences, and other special events, as requiredGathers, enters, andor updates data to maintain departmental records and database, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the officeAssists in preparing internal reports for managementAssists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the officeAssists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriateCoordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activitiesTrain or assist trainer in any assigned workshop once requiredObtain, organize or develop training procedures manual, guides or course materials, such as handouts or visual materialsRegister participants at the training programs, document best practices, success stories, lessons learned and main achievementsPrepare for workshops by setting up the venue, acquiring needed equipment s, and preparing slides for presentations, etcRepresent LOYAC PPD in events, business visits & trips and media when it neededLocation LOYAC, KuwaitEmployment Type Open or CloseFull TimeEssential Knowledge Open or CloseFresh GraduateBachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management or any relevant field of expertiseKnowledge and experience in trainingteaching young people is an assetWorking knowledge of English and ArabicExcellent interpersonal skills and time managementExcellent level of numeracy & commercial judgmentProficient in all MS Office applications
