With good qualifications and minimum 10 years experience in assessing, developing new building specifications for Offshore Jack Up Rigs and Ships Well versed with Construction Contracts and execution He will be based at UAE or India but will have to travel extensively to shipyards in the Far East and or Middle East during the period of Rig construction Should be well versed with MS excel, Word, Pdf, CAD and other engineering drawings software required for construction of new build Offshore Jack Up and Ships
