Job Description

- Property Management, Tenancy contracts, Preparation Of BOQ, Proposal Writing, General Management, Customer Relationship Management, Tender processing, CAFM, Bidding, SLA Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Leasing, Contract Negotiation etc

-To promote FM services to construction companies, property developers, property managers, contractors, consultancies and Owners Association Management companies in Oman

-Closely monitor the business development targets & tactics to secure the necessary business growth based on the company strategy

-Participate and update in the monthly KPI framework

-Attend meetings at client site and maintain a good relationship with clients

-Attend RFPRFQ discussions and responsible for drafting technical and commercial proposals

-Understanding of Tender Document and prepare of Synopsis for the team

-Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments and seeking clarification of queries post submission and follow up with the tender floating authorities

The role includes -Manage the entire portfolio of properties, which includes residential buildings, commercial buildings etc

-Oversee complete operations handled by employees which include engineers, property consultants, leasing officers, administrationfinance team and facility management team
