Job Description The KRA s for the role will be as under Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation planWrites directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefitsDevelops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needsWrites and delivers presentations to the management regarding human resources policies and practicesRecruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positionsPlans and assist the team in conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goalsKeeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reportingCoordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safetyAdvises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issuesResponds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programsAdministers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organizationAdministers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistanceConducts wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage ratesPrepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separationsPrepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnoverRepresents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigationsContracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, and search firmsRequirements Proven experience as HR DirectorFull understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectivesExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsThorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practicesA business acumen partnered with attention to the human elementKnowledge of data analysis and reportingExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDiligent and firm with high ethical standardsBScBA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MScMA in human resources will be a plusInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
