As Housekeeping manager, you will positively lead the Housekeeping department with energy and enthusiasm Your role is to provide exceptional service and work as part of a team to achieve great success and deliver tailor made service You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all Housekeeping functions, ensuring that our principalguest care and service are delivered in a consistent, seamless and an elevated way
In addition, you will ensure that the housekeeping and laundry services operate according to the Departmental Guidelines and ensure that all Health and safety measures are in place and adhered to, liaising with all departments as necessary HK Manager should regularly review the manpower requirements of the Housekeeping Department to ensure that sufficient staff are available to deliver highest level of service
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years working experience as Housekeeping manager in private homes or Luxury 5 star hotel in Middle East or Europe Country
Proven experience in supervising housekeeping departments in luxurious hotel
Strong Leadership abilities
The ability to think critically over housekeeping issues and proffer cost-effective solutions
Self-control is also a necessary characteristic of a prospective housekeeping manager to handle difficult people appropriately
