Job Description

- Review DesignIFC drawings,
- Estimate and Raise Material Request for Consumables, Materials and Subcontractor Services
- Review technical Submittal from vendors and get approval from the department manager
- Inspection of materials as per technical specification
- Reporting to Instrument Manager and Planning Team on Daily basis
- Raising work permit according to the daily activities at the site
- Direct supervision, monitoring and verifying of all instrumentation & Control Works Executed by the Project Instrument team Subcontractors are completed as per schedule and as per required Quality in a safe manner
- LeadExecuteSupervision of following activities as required
- Preparation and submission of As-build drawingsRed line Diagrams and Site testCalibration Reports
- Coordination with QC department to arrange witness, to ensure that all activities are carried out as per drawings and specification Clearance of punch list provided by the QAQC Inspector
- Calibration of Field Instruments
- Preparation of Loop Folders
- Verification of the installed location, installed instrument specification and process connections are as per loop folder
- Loop Checking (cable Continuity Test and Megger Testing) between instrument and control system
- Energization of Instruments
- Trouble shooting during Instrument Startup ie Modification of Loops and wiring according to vendor instrument connection diagram if necessary, looking for incomplete loops and closing the loops etc
- Updating the instrument setting according to the instrument data sheets
- Functional Testing of Field Instruments
