Office AdministratorJob Location QatarOffice Timing 8 hrs + 1 hr break a day 8; 30 am to 5; 30 pm - 6 days a week Salary offer Qr 2300Duties & Responsibilities Prepare & maintain reports from camp & site Prepare LPO, Quotations, sales order and invoices Should be able to Track office expenses and handle petty cash Prepare & maintain manual accounts, monthly expenditure analysis & preparation of monthly reports Experience in organizing office tasks,Phone Calls ,Drafting mails, filing documents for top managementRequirement Female Degree Diploma Holder Must have a minimum of One year same experience Strong understanding of MS office (Word, Excel) With Good English Communication skill Able to multi task Should have a valid Residents Permit of QatarInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
