We are looking for Site Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
Ensures that scheduled activities are achieved on site
Ensure that materials on site are relevant to on going activities
Shall allocate man and materials as per the requirement of work to various foremans or groups
Shall delegate and follow up work responsibilities as per program of works and as agreed with the project engineermanager
Shall prepare daily progress reports and submit it to the Project engineer for review and actions
Shall be able to comprehend and highlight the delays that have been caused and troubleshoot to ensure free flow of work
Shall coordinate with other departments for availability of material or equipment as and when required
Key Performance Indicators
Shall be able to complete the work within the stipulated time frame and with the allocated resources
Shall be able to develop new and easier ways to performs task thereby initiating cost savings
Shall not give any chance of future snagging or non conformance in the works accomplished
