Job Description

Purpose

Develop and execute HSE training programs for the QP Industrial Cities Dukhan Concession Area and those functions related to HSE when required, according to international, national & QP standards and best practices
Supervise the communication, and audit & evaluate the training programs against the training matrix to ensure continuous improvement of the programs

Responsibilities
1 Deliver QP Mandatory HSSE training in accordance with QP standards and as per Training Matrix
2 Assist in identifying HSE training requirements for budget purposes
3 Assist in the development and maintenance of the QP Industrial Cities Dukhan Concession Area HSE training matrix
4 Prepare of annual HSSE training plan and communicate with DCA departments
5 Generate and analyse HSE training reports and maintain statistical data periodically to highlight the improvement of trainings objectives & KPls
6 Assist in achieving HSE training section objectives and KPls to ensure continual improvement
7 Maintain HSE training programs to ensure it is in line with QP training standard and best practices
8 Maintain HSSE Training -resources and equipment in adequate and efficient condition
9 Manage & update HSE training database electronically in line with SAP system requirements
10 Responsible to ensure all HSE training programs are documented and filed as per HSE Training requirements and QP quality standards

Decision Making Authority

Has authority to assess knowledge and skills as part of the training assessment criteria,
Has authority not to admit training participants to class if they arrive late to course
Has authority to dismiss and report nominees during the training course due to their attitude and behavioral issues

Context-
The main challenge of this position to deliver HSSE training in a multinational environment where perceptions of Health & safety knowledge may differ
Establish consistent control of the classroom and respectful environment throughout the class
