Job Description Develop, enhance, implement and maintain computer software systems Familiar with net, mobile development, jQuery, html, CSS Test and evaluate Upstream software systems Troubleshooting system problems and implementing resolutions Train and orient customers on systems and products Evaluate and test off-the-shelf products for usability and incorporation into Upstream Adhere to security and safety regulation and rulesDuties and Responsibilities Works with organizations at all levels in order to maintain an overall corporate management information system which is the primary source from which information is gathered for policy and decision making at corporate level Conducts feasibility studies and prepares feasibility reports, stakeout studies and prepares project proposal reports Interfaces with IT in the design and implementation phases of IY-based Business Systems and provides support to IT as the department client Prepares the user manuals and associated documentation resulting from Business System implementation Prepares conversion plan and user installation plan for applicable organization Provides the support and advice, and business procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of data which originates within department business organizations Provides training to operational and staff personnel in order to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems within the assigned department Conducts special studies as assigned
