DescriptionKitopi stands for Kitchen Operation Innovation We are one of the world s fastest growing venture-backed food tech startups Our managed cloud kitchen network enables food brands to expand their delivery reach without needing to expand their kitchens Kitopi provides necessary infrastructure and software with minimal capital and time expenditureFounded in Dubai and rapidly expanding across the globe, Kitopi currently runs kitchen networks in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and New York with more than 800 members of staff On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial focused, dynamic and energetic Culinary Director to be based in Riyadh, KSAWhat You ll DoThe Head of CulinaryCulinary Director will play a vital role in all aspects with the coordination of our Partnered Brands for Kitopi s success This role will be responsible for building and managing a great relation with our partnered brands, across all our satellites & central kitchens The Head of CulinaryCulinary Director is centered around scaling our operations in the most efficient manner possible It requires a highly versatile and well-rounded leader, someone who can create and drive strategy, is constantly seeking efficiencies, and is an endless builder Responsible on onboarding new brands in our central kitchen, coordinate with the brands to learn the recipes with the coordination s of your Brand Champions Chefs Plan and execute training strategies of our Partnered Brands recipe across all our kitchens Create & Optimize Process for scale Closely align with city teams to understand our current processes, opportunities for increased efficiency, and areas where we can scale processes at a centralized level Define, lead, and operationalize the short-term and long-term strategy for the academy team Continuously improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being Assist in providing solutions at the team and clients level among his teams in collaboration with the Satellite & Central Kitchens Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI s Set the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution
