1 Coordinates with Contract Management Department 2 Ensures client contact, including working relationships and major correspondences is maintained throughout duration of the proposal3 Prepares or directs preparation of progress and special reports to management4 Performs other related duties as required by Proposal Manager5 Preferably worked in EPC Projects in Oil Gas Sector (Estimation, proposal and contract development formation experience) 6 Able to manage & develop multi&cultural teams 7 Good knowledge of computer software applications8 Able to plan, organize, lead & monitor a wide variety of team efforts9 Bachelor degree in engineering discipline (Instrumentation)
