Job Description

This role is pivotal in shaping and achieving long term business objectives of the business Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive all critical business functions is an essential requirement The role needs an understanding of execution nuances and lead the team towards execution excellence The role requires deep
understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution and ability to build the brand

Design Channel Sales, Distribution strategic development on a long term plan Maintain long-lasting channel partner relationships to expand WOD and get optimum output from Key channel partners

? Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current trends with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
? Evolve strategy as per customer and market feedback and accordingly enable launch of new products successfully to acquire more customers and become market leader in the
business
? Ensuring placement of all BTL material at deserving outlets per the policy
? Work closely with the field and dealers on BTL activities


Manage internal & external processes and functions to support the Organisation goals and strategies, without losing sight of the imperative to continue growing and scaling the
business in an aggressive manner

? Help to build & maintain automated sales process for effective and efficient performance
? Ability to do demand forecasting and supply for multiple regions keeping in mind the unique conditions and align with the organization objectives
