Job Description

2 He should have a supervisory experience of ten (10) years after graduation in the field of general Operation and maintenance in public, residential, hotels, hospital or offices large complex He should have least seven (7) years experience in supervision, operation, and maintenance repair setting and renovation of HVIC and central air conditioning system, raised floor system, centrifugal cooling plants air handling and distribution units including electrical mechanical systems, mechanical machines with advanced rotary systems, plumbing maintenance works, fire systems he should to have experience in manpower management and control analysis and planning of mechanical work, fire systems He should have experience in manpower management and control, analysis and planning of mechanical work, preparation of technical reports, maintenance work and improvements of mechanical equipment and systems
3 he should have managerial experience and experience in scheduling business and materials
4 he should be fluent in spoken and written English
5 He should have knowledge of 3D engineering design programs (egAutoCAD)
6 He should be able to prepare lists of preventive and routine maintenance of all systems and methods of management and follow-up thereof
7 He should have good knowledge in the operation of buildings management systems and the ideal method s for operating these systems
8 he should to have knowledge of basic concepts of mechanical engineering and thermodynamics
9 he should be able to work with the manage teamwork
10 he should be able to identify priorities and effective planning for maintenance and operation works
11 he should to have analytical skills to solve the problems of mechanical systems such as coolers air transmission units pumps plumbing and fire systems and improve the temperature in the building and methods of energy conservation
12 he should have knowledge of air duct design and write a cutting list for making thereof any supervising its installation
