Job Description

Description Handle full ownership of the vacancy from opening till closing, (Complete recruitment cycle) Plan, organize recruitment activities in handling sourcing of manpower as per approved Manpower plan Facilitate the processing involved in recruiting suitable candidates for all departments within the company This function includes paper screening, short-listing, arranging interviews and assessment, among others Receive and paper-screen resumes based on candidates work experience and competencies to ensure they match the requirements of the vacant job Forward to requesting unit resumes of best-fit candidates and arrange the interview between the requesting unit and the overseas agency, who in turn, will inform the candidate of the scheduled interview Arrange for the interview of candidates by the requesting unit using various means of remote communication such as telephone, webcam, and Skype to assess if candidate fits the vacancy Coordinate with off-shore manpower agencies for requirement sourced abroad Prepare periodic reports and maintain these reports relative to the Section s activities and achievements to be submitted to the line Manager Place announcements for job vacancies internal and external channels to generate as many potential applicants for required vacancies Attend job fairs, university exhibitions, and other public activities that will open the opportunity for soliciting resumes and announcing job vacancies Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with company policies and Saudi government regulatory requirements Perform all the activities and keep all information confidential Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
