Main Purpose of Role

The NCM is responsible for handling the most important customers in a company The NCM must build and maintain a strong relationship with those customers They will be the lead point of contact for all key customers matters, understand the customers needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the customers are met, and help the customer succeed

Main Responsibilities

- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and company

- Identify key opportunities & solve any issues for the customers

- Managing communications between customers and internal teams

- Managing RCM & Salesmen team assigned to each customer ( Managing" Coaching" Developing )

- Negotiating contracts with the customers driving the right efficiency on the companys spend

- Strategic planning to improve customers results ( Sales & Shares )

- Manage sales monitoring process and competitor activity to assess the effectiveness of sales plans & strategies

- Full accountability on the internal budgets with the company and external budget with the customers

- Analyzing customers data to provide customer relationship management

- Driving execution excellence through improving perfect stores KPIs

- Builds, leads, and develops sales teams and networks to meet or exceed set targets and profit margin objective
