5+ years in an Operations management role
3+ years in an Application (Middleware) role
Extensive experience in managed services and service delivery environment including technical and service management exposure
Demonstrable experience leading a support team
Strong organizational, planning, leadership and management skills with a confident and professional manner
Strong English communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated effective leadership, organizational and analytical skills
Excellent soft skills, including conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a highly targeted environment
Committed to self-development and the development of others
BS or Masters in IT field
ITIL foundations certification
Agile (Scrum) certification (a plus)
