Job Description

Urgently looking for Female Admin Assistant Secretary to join reputed French high end furniture brand regional office here in Dubai

The preference will be given to a candidate who has Experience in Luxury furniture Interior designing Construction architecture sector background only Other Cvs wont be selected

The Female candidate must be fluent in English, pleasant personality and must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The main job responsibilities will include

The majority of the candidates time will be spent in the documentation, papers works, office ordering supplies, communicating with clients
Calling new clients, making database & very good in research and presentation
Updating the showroom inventory price-list;
Documents control;
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form;
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales Quotations when needed;
Keep track update all showroom documentations - showroom stock lists, showroom pricing, all stock display in & out documentation as well as managing display planning;
Assist the sales team with Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Notes creation if needed;
Attending to land line phone calls received - office, taking notes if required & transferring calls;
Submitting the reports on weekly basis;
Other additional tasks as assigned
