Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Order office supplies
Generate reports
Prepare & monitor Invoices
Manage Asset register
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Resolve administrative problems
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Requirements
The candidate should be able to converse in English and must have basic computer knowledge
Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Should be willing to learn and be dedicated
Very good interpersonal skills and excellent with managing vendors
Age 22-30
Gender Preferences female
Salary Slab as per market standards
Experience 2-3 years
