Job Description

Administrative assistant Responsibilities

Helping organize and repairs to entire office areas by contacting technician

Handling incoming calls and other communications

Managing filing system

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing

Performing general office clerk duties and errands

Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required

Coordinating events as necessary

Maintaining supply inventory

Maintaining office equipment as needed

Supporting fixed asset management

Experience as a virtual assistant

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Administrative assistant Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience as an office assistant or in related field

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

At least 3 years of experience in the field with UAE experience

Warm personality with strong communication skills

Ability to work well under limited supervision

Have a valid driver license
