Join our HR team in the regional shared services hub located in Dubai, which supports Amazon across certain Middle East and North Africa countries The hub provides a multi-language capability to our internal customers and, we are looking for a HR Administrator to join our growing team Reporting into an HR Shared Services Team Manager, role holder will provide HR Administration Services and support to our employees and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Work on and support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, data management, absence management, transfers, payroll and offboarding
Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
Take ownership of employee requests ensuring that each of them is acknowledged and resolved with a high degree of customer focus
Handle high volume transactions in alignment with standard operating procedures
Acts as a subject matter expert for customers, escalates as appropriate
Meet SLAs and KPIs set for the processes and role
Carry out regular audits on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population; analyze key findings as required
Investigate discrepancies
Ensures that employee documentation is complete and accurate to be compliant
Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files
Create and distribute standard communications
Write department SOPs with minimal manager guidance
Participate in reviews of current process and develop suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources
Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employeesstakeholders to explain and resolve queriesconcerns This could be via email, phone, systems and chat instant messaging
Participate effectively in adhoc projects assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
Bachelors degree
1-3 year overall experience, min 1 year relevant experience
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
Knowledge of HR processes and systems
Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work with international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Verbal and written communication skills in Arabic
Previous experience working with HR shared services team supporting multiple regions
