The purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the consumer processpolicy repository, improve process awareness and be responsible for implementing dus quality framework to drive quality and compliance within Consumer Business
This position is responsible for development and maintenance of the process risk register within consumer business
The position will recommend & execute process improvements to enhance customer experience, reduce fraud and drive automation & process efficiency within consumer business and assist Consumer Product Managers in project execution through timely process development
Minimum 3-4 years direct work experience in process development and execution within Telecoms
Bachelors degree or higher in business management or improvement or relevant field
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Telecommunication methodologies
Strong technical know-how (to be able to drive a systematic and monitored metric-oriented way of working and team performance) capturing as well as MS Office packages - Visio, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint in particular
Knowledge of process analysis and documentation Certification in process improvement standards and methodologies like Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management) lifecycle, and in BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) is a significant plus
Demonstrable expertise in devising and implementing streamlined processes to improve efficiency, timeliness, and sales productivity while reducing costs
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent in English
