Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated product support specialist The perfect candidate is someone with IT and customer support expertise, knowledge of financial trade technologies, and excellent communication skills

Job Duties
Professionally handle incoming requests via phone or email from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
Handle all customer requests and educate them on company product
Provide quality service in the areas of handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and system assistance
Handle escalated calls in an efficient, professional, and understanding manner
Be proactive in finding better ways to improve the customer experience

3+ years of experience providing customer service
