Job Description

Working with Sr Technology Manager, develop new formulas for Hair treatment, Hair Color , skin care and body care products
Develop new formulations utilizing in-depth knowledge of chemical Ingredients and processes that meets the desired technical and aesthetic attributes specified by customers
Perform all necessary stability and compatibility tests on all new formulas
Manage the development of multiple products simultaneously and be comfortable in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
Collaborate as a key team member across the R&D department, contributing innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, experiences with strong team spirit, and pride in organizations contribution to the company
Ability to complete multiple projects with deadlines
Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to work overtime as required
