Job Description

Job responsibilities will include,but not limited to the following Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurantemployees, facilities, sales and costs Controls and analysis the quality level of product andService Check and take appropriate actions on GuestSatisfaction Conducts, under the guidance of the Food and BeverageManager, such functions as hiring specific levels of employees, employeeorientation, on-the-job performance appraisal, coaching and suspension ifnecessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity Participates in service as necessary in accordance withthe requirements and practices of the restaurant Controls stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensureservice requirements are met Schedules guest reservations and arrange privateparties Develops formal training plans and conducts on-the-jobtraining sessions for Food and Beverage Department employees Attends and contributes to weekly Food and BeverageDepartmental meetings Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison withthe Executive Chef Ensures that hotel grooming and appearance standardsare met Supervises, coordinates and direct the prompt,efficient and courteous service of Food and Beverages in the restaurant Controls and analyses, on-going basis the following Merchandising and marketing Operating costs Sanitation Participates in the preparation of the Food and Beveragedepartment budget and goalsTo move into thisposition you should have The selected Candidate should be able to join on 15thSeptember 3-5 Years of F&B Management Experience Must have a history of running high volume ItalianRestaurant(s) in a reputable location andor operation Must be Italian background Late 20 s to early 30 swith appropriate height and physical appearance for the position Ability to ensure standards are developed, maintainedand exceeded TrainingExperience in an Italian inspired specialtyrestaurant within Europe Asia or Middle East desired Business Manager Ability to ensure stakeholdersexpectations are achieved from a financialbusiness perspective CoachMentor Skills to develop those within their team Attention to Details Motivator Someone who can improve motivation andfoster positive morale Passion for the job and industry Organized individual with impeccable time managementskills Ability to manage a large number of staff 5-6 Day weeks with no limitation on hours Must beflexible to meet business demands of the need to work weekends, mornings through eveningwith long hours must be highlighted
