The jobholder is responsible for
Identifying, developing and delivering growth opportunities, external and internal, for all landmark leisure brands and potential franchises within the MENA region
Providing turnkey solution within defined responsibilities in conjunction with projects team to the business for all approved developments
Proactively managing relationships with landlords and developers during completion of projects
Strategic Planning & Direction
Visit, study and evaluate new potential sites and structure survey reports in detail covering all aspects of the project backed by business plans with final recommendations
Identify business development and revenue growth opportunities through renovation recommendations
Work closely with Head-BD to identify on the ground Retail and Operational strategy that the Leisure Division wishes to adopt to achieve business and growth objectives
Conduct ongoing market research (economy, demographics, consumer spends, product preferences) to identify possibilities of new concept introduction, existing concept introduction penetration and expansion opportunities
Business Development
Identify business development and revenue growth opportunities through renovation recommendations
Support in coordination with mall developer management personnel to finalize all aspects of relevant documentation for project execution
Collaborate with projects team to design all layouts with content determination, component breakdown, circulation space and customer interest flow dictated by attractions activity layout
Monitor and maintain periodic updation of comprehensive checklist encompassing tasks and assignments clearly demarking responsibilities of all cross functional departments
Monitor and update lease tracker and licenses tracker
Main contact for administration job between the lessor and mall management eg rental payments, cwc payments, sc charges, electricity and water payments
