Job Description-
Responsible for Contract Logistics & Distribution P&L ? Lead all aspects of the business from strategies to daily operations including full P&L ownership (revenue and EBIT), budgeting, B D,
Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance
Manage end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources to achieve results
Managing key performance metrics with emphasis to win new business
To formulate strategies to achieve sales plan
Prospecting and Identifying new customers
Responsible to maintain an existing customer database through regular sales visits and undertake sales calls to win new business
Contract Logistics Manage RFQs, tenders and quotes for Contract Logistics Business and achieve a high success rate in closing deals
Develop SOPs for Strategic Accounts with associated internal colleagues where applicable, to detail all processes, rate structure, and capturing of customer identified KPI
Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations, Contract Logistics team to develop out of the box solutions to support new and existing customers
Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its products and services
Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance team
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
Analyze and follow the logistics market development in UAE in order to be able to verify companys approach within logistics storage market
Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies to ensure profitable sale
Managing contracts of new businessrenewal of existing business contracts
Develop a highly profitable pipeline based on multiple sales penetration techniques
Maintain and manage the financial forecast and cost module projections for new business submissions


Qualification Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing Management; Aged between -35-40 years old ; Gender-Male
Preferred* Experience 10 years of Sales experience with 3-4 years in Contract Logistics sales* Background Logistics industry experience mandatory
Driving License Mandatory
