Job Overview

This position is responsible for marketing DeemWork, Deems Smart Finance solution to Corporates with special offers & promotions for corporate and their employees with following business deliverables
Accomplish key business drivers of continuous corporate empanelment sign ups to market DW Client Value proposition
Solicit bulk business through client engagement for onsite kiosk sourcing & emailing campaigns to their employee base and New Sales to build acquisition momentum in line with product & sourcing mix
Target corporates in formal & professional basis and Leverage existing Corporate Deposits Relationships to maximize Deem products penetration
Corporate Portfolio management to measure portfolio growth in terms of Assets growth, CVP penetration Cross Sell ratio and delinquency levels
Effective working relationship with corporate & key stakeholders to deepen the relationship by managing customer satisfaction and operations TATs

Job Responsibilities

Working with other Senior Mangers Directors Partner to market, sell and deliver solutions and engagements
Building deep and long-lasting corporate relationships to enhance the reputation of Deem as trusted advisor and generate ongoing revenues
Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people across the group and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries ( loans, credit cards, deposits ) for Deem
Manage Sales & Business Development process pipeline for Deem to ensure we achieve our sales target
Active contribution in developing and delivering the Financial services sales plan
To sell in line with the organization guidelines, compliance policies and the country regulation

Your Background
Attested Graduate Degree
8 to 12 years of sales experience in the bank sector as Sales or Business Development Manager with an understanding of Assets & Cards Sales is an advantage
Excellent UAE market exposure
Proven Business Development skills with culturally diverse teams to achieve aggressive financial and operational targets Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workload and tasks
