Job Description

Job Summary

14 to 8 years experience in sales Business Development position,
2 Understanding of typical business processes and challenges in a trading, manufacturing or services organisation and managing the sales cycle,
3 Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans,
4 Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the companys marketing goals
5 Implementing new sales plans and advertising
6 Training, scheduling and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives
7 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team
8 Objectives setting and performance monitoring of sales representatives
9 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
10 Emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
11 Provide a daily report of sales success and communicate data to superiors
12 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
13 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence
14 Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email and display online advertising campaigns
15 Develop and monitor campaign budgets
16 Plan and manage our social media platforms,
17 Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance
18 Collaborate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
19 Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
20 Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience
21 Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
22 Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways and other digital projects
23 Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
24 Promotional activities
25 Writing and proof reading creative copy
26 Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
27 Organizing events and product exhibitions
28 Updating database and using customer relationship management (CRM) system

At least 4 to 8 years experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment
Experience networking in Retail sector & upholstery sector in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi, Knowledge of Arabic is plus
Willing to work 6 days per week
Willing to travel across UAE as and when required
UAE driving license is necessary
