This Job opportunity is for a leading banking facility based in the Northern Emirates
As a Call Center Manager, You would be responsible for the performance of the contact center operations in terms of meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget You would ensure that the company is in compliance to regulatory and legal obligations across all interactions and that best practices are being implemented to ensure high standards of customer service Provide support to the contact centre management team to drive improvements, increase efficiency and reduce complaints Responsible for giving appropriate recommendations based on customers insights
To be successful you would ideally possess 10+ years work experience of which 6 years is managing call center operations and 3 years is in operating leader roles Having a relevant Bachelors degree is a must Must have understanding and experience of Lean Six Sigma methodology
