Main Objectives & Responsibilities
1 Overseeing development of the corporate services department, promoting efficiency and successful operations
2 Supervising managerial staff including HR, Administration, IT, Finance
3 Formulating, implementing and evaluating effective departmental goals, objectives, policies and procedures
4 Preparing documentation and developing reporting systems to maintain comprehensive records and streamline operations, improving communication and efficiency within the departments
5 Undertaking managerial duties including performance evaluations, mentoring, training and implementing disciplinary procedures
6 Preparing the departmental budget, implementing effective cost control systems to ensure optimal performance
7 Proactively working to ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations
8 Undertaking all other duties required by the General Manager
9 Proper documentation of operational processes and procedures and auditing them internally while providing support to business functions
10 Conducting regular assessments and surveys to ensure customer satisfaction through proper feedback and action plans
11 In charge of the internal Human Resources Strategy, Accounts Strategy, Information Technology Strategy
