Job Description

The primary objective is to manage Inbound Outbound Shipments Inventory Customer Relationship and Account Management

Responsible for Key customers end to end requirements
SAP Postings to be done (GI, GRR, Transfers, Blocking, Inventory reports)
Responsible to receive all the inbound documents along with MSDS from the shippercustomer, once intimated
Responsible to review the documents and MSDS and forward the same to the operations team and to the customer

Preparing the Excel (Invoice Delivery Advise TOO (If Required) Documentation for Outbound process
Arranging Docs for COO Legalization etc
Opening the Job card and forwarding to documentation team to proceed at their end for customs clearance
Coordinating fully for documents from and to the customer step by step as per the requirement
Ensuring the inbound shipment to be received as requested and planned by the customer
Arranging the gate pass ,if required, for the drivers to enter and deliver the material
Coordinating on any value added service or over time, if required, for the shipment and posting the same to the accounts Dept
Sending the GRN along with the images and discrepancy report, if any, to the customer
Responsible to create the SO in the WMS and informing the concerned operations team
Coordinating fully for documents from and to the customer
Keep the customer posted on each update
Advising the operations team a day in advance for picking up the material and keep it ready to load on delivery date
Responsible to get the vehiclecontainer number with driver details from the shipper and keep the ops team informed
Arranging the exit for the vehicles by providing Gate pass or PRO for customs process
Responsible to send the DN and images to the shipper once the cargo is loaded and released from RSA or RSA TALKE facility
Co-coordinating with freight forwarders shipping line transporters etc for a smooth operation
To ensure inventory accuracy by coordinating the inventory system to system information
To ensure accuracy of physical inventory order sequence as per the process
Work with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies
To ensure that goods are received and shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes
Providing the customers inventory stock and transaction list as and when requested by working on with Inventory team
Arranging the shipment by confirming the schedule for the requested inboundoutbound with the warehouse teams for hassle free operations
Keeping the customer posted on every update on the shipment
Updating via mails and on phone for any urgent or important communication
Acknowledging the customers every mail within minutes
Prioritizing the customer request of urgent shipments on the basis of actual need and as per the process
Meeting the clients to review the services and process flow for betterment and mutual benefit
