Job Description

Customer Service ManagerJob Location UAEJob Description Should have at least 7-10 years experience in a clinic or hospital in UAE in which at least 3-4 years experience as a Customer Service Manager Must have good communication skills in Arabic and English Manages the reception staff including scheduling, coverage arrangements and training of the customer service and call center department Conduct regular customer service training for all staff Tracking insurance approvals (maintaining the excel sheet) and coordinating with all departments including nursing, insurance, call center and doctors Will be responsible for patients satisfaction; will take care of patients complaints with a complete investigation related to complaints Will be responsible for insurance first review before submission Manages the doctors clinics schedule, blocking and rescheduling etc Following up the E-Message sent by call center team with all departments including nursing, insurance, reception and doctors Follow up for the no show reportInterested candidates can apply with your resume
