Job Description

Data & Systems ExecutiveJob Location UAEAbout Role Producing clear, concise and accurate information to support the school in continually raising standards of performance Maintenance of SIMS, Target Tracker and My Learning databases to ensure validity of student records To provide CPD and ongoing support for all database users Ensuring accuracy of class list, registration group and timetable for all students in databases Making changes to teaching groups, set lists and producing class lists when required Ensuring the school holds up-to-date data relating to students InCAS scores Maintain and manage student data relating to test results, performance and target setting, including working with external agencies such as GL Assessment Production of assessment reports in collaboration with subject leaders, Heads of Department and SLT Managing the production of School Interim and Final Reports Monitoring student attendance through databases Maintenance of student records To be responsible for issuing morning Teacher Cover information to all staff by 0715 every morning as required Security of data Creation and production of lists, statistics, reports etc as requested Operate as part of the larger Administration team and undertake other duties as required to help maintain the smooth operation of school Whilst every effort has been made to detail the main responsibilities of the post, each individual task may not have been identified The successful applicant will be expected to comply with any reasonable request to complete similar tasks not necessarily specified aboveRequirements Have 3 years experience in related field Must be in UAEInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
