Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you a proven Digital Strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for global digital marketing Are you comfortable facing challenges where the answer is not readily visible, you thrive in a collaborative environment and work across global teams and disciplines to achieve the best outcome Join a multi-faceted and talented team of digital marketers to promote a best-in-class digital experience As a member of the Digital Experience team the Strategist will be part of a squad focused on innovative approaches and best practices; leveraging data and analytics to more effectively drive continuous improvement The candidate is required to work with product, content, blog and social teams, as well as user experience and market insights professionals to develop an integrated strategy that engages the target audience and ensures marketing objectives are strategically aligned across the buyers journey

The Digital Strategist will

- Design the digital journey across content, assets and tactics, including paid media, SEO, SEM, both on domain and off domain

- Execute, report on and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns using analytics to audit and improve digital experiences

- De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing from leading brands, and advise other functions, especially digital marketers and web developers, on digital best practices

- Leverage Testing strategies to ensure decisions are data and market driven

- Stay informed on the latest thinking in user experience design, emerging digital technologies, approaches and strategies

- Define a holistic digital strategy based on portfolio value proposition and drive and coordinate the integration of digital strategy across all channels

- Liaise and partner with disparate teams across the company who are engaged in digital innovations

- Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting cross-functional focus on customer experience

- Collaborate with and advise other functions to define the nature of, and desired outcomes from, digital experiences

This role will be located with the Security Product Marketing team based in Austin, TX or Boston, MA


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Strategist, Information Architect, User Experience Designer or other role which involves strategizing and architecting user experience design for high-traffic, complex digital properties

- Expert understanding of search engine marketing, SEO and organic best practices

- Expert understanding of web metrics, digital media testing methodology and optimization strategies

- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate department initiatives to stakeholders

- Strong project management skills to coordinate department activities surrounding launches, announces and events

- Fluency in webdigital technologies

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements

- Experience within and outside of the US in a digital role andor within a team that holds global responsibility

- Budgeting Experience

- Experience managing marketing agency relationships
