Job Description

Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change
Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target countries in support of objectives
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling support sales engineers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
Segment each market where our product fits
Manages customer relationships and is responsible for an entire customer across given geographies
Prepare and present relevant reports on the defined frequency or as and when required by the direct manager or the management
Responsible for the development and achievement of Assigned sales Targets
Generating new business opportunities from the assigned market
Focusing on growing and developing and manage existing customers and new customers as well
Adding new clients to the company database, and generate maximum business from them
You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions of the company
Procure feasible inquiries and offer solutions to convert into sales
Meet the Clients, designers, event organizers, key accounts on a regular basis
Coordinate Payment collections from customers as well for deliveries
Provide product information and new products launched to customers
Gather and provide competitor information like pricing, activities, technical information
To provide the right quotes to customers in terms of price, payment terms, deliveries
Reviews and presents regular order forecasts Reviews and presents regular order forecasts
Identifies new opportunities with the current customer base for product line extensions
Constantly updates in with the product and market knowledge
Following up on the quotes and negotiate the price and terms of sales with customers
Get product approval requirements of respective markets and coordinate to achieve them
Coordinate with sales coordinators for deliveries, with accounts for payments

Demonstrates great interpersonal skills Oral and written communication skills (Arabic English)
Must Possess Excellent Presentation Skills
Must be target oriented, demonstrate excellent selling and customer handling skills
Hands-on Experience on Product Portfolio
Team Player, Detail-oriented, Analytical problem solving, Multi-tasking abilities, Punctual
A strong network of connections is an asset
Strong Customer handling skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than direct
