Job Description

Urgently looking for Executive secretary to CEO with federal Govt Entity in Abu Dhabi Responsibilities and duties Meet and greet VIP guests and visitors of the CEO and provide information and assistance as required Support the Office Manager in managing the CEOs calendar to ensure that there are no conflicts in meetingsappointments Ensure that sufficient support is being provided to the CEO in preparing for upcoming meetings; this includes the provision of meeting agendas, as well as any supporting documents as and when required Ensure that all matters pertaining to the CEOs agenda and any agreed upon action items are processed within the agreed timelines through coordinating with the relevant staff and entities Ensure that Office activities contribute to high customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) through monitoring feedback and developing action plans to meet their requirements Provide oversight on the operations of the CEO office through coordination with the Office Manager to ensure that the office is running smoothly and that the CEO is provided the necessary support Ensuring all submissions to the CEO Office are on the quality requested and that amendments and CEO notes to the documents have been carried out as instructed Keeping track of all correspondence that comes to the CEO Office, and keeping a log to track it Follow up to ensure that all personalbusiness affairs of the CEO such as booking of air travel, arrangements of lodging etc are handled on a timely basis Ensure the effective management archiving filling of all documents related to the CEO Office and ensure that their confidentiality is maintained at all times Works as a backup to the CEO Office Manager Perform other duties and responsibilities in line with the scope of work Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred Relevant professional certificates an advantage Background and experience UAE National only 3 - 5 years of experience in Administration Experience in MS office A minimum score of 65 IELTS Fluent in English and fluency in Arabic both spoken and written Personal attributes Strong problem solving skills (hypothesis-driven thinking, analytical, quantitative, conceptual skills) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presenting) Team-player, genuine interest in other peoples development, willing to share the credits Flexibility to work and interest in working across sectors when required Radiating positive energy and enthusiasm, can-do mentality Drive to achieve, goal and results oriented Ownership, takes responsibility for all work activities and personal actions Comfort with and ability to grow and perform in a start-up environment Demonstrate ambition and a belief that you can make a difference and are prepared to work for it Job Type Full-time Salary AED40,00000 month Experience
