Job Description

Recruitment & Resourcing
Handling complete recruitment cycle of CAT C & D assigned positions
Coordinate with internal departments to get exact requirements
Sourcing the profiles through job portals, searching for candidates through various channels
Design job advertisements for recruitment and screen response against job requirements
Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for the next level interviews
Taking the first round of interviews whenever required
Roll out offers with salary negotiations and date of joining
Preparation of offer and appointment letters and follow-up with the candidates
Follow up with the candidates and consultants for closing the position

On-Boarding Formalities
Carry out the Joining Formalities ensuring that all the necessary documents are present
Get necessary agreements signed
Coordinate opening accounts with the Bank
General Introduction to a new employee about the company, organization structure, HR policy, general procedures
Explaining the leave procedure of the company
Opening personal files of employees and updating from time to time

Gathering monthly payroll inputs like the number of new hires along with the date of Joining, a number of separations along with Date of relieving, HeadCount tally, Leaves, business travel and LOP details, Full and Final Settlements, Promotions and Increments, arrears etc
Preparation of monthly payroll and submitting for verification
Generating payslips and issuing them after verification from the department head

Exit Formalities
Providing full & final settlement statement of the exiting employee to the accounts department
Ensuring proper handover of the responsibilities
Issuing of relieving & experience certificates
Record Keeping

Ensure all the relevant correspondences from joining until the exit of the employee are maintained in both soft and hard copies
Issuing official letters as per requirement
Passport record maintenance
